How many guests, realistically
Count the people who will definitely eat, then add the ones who said maybe. Indian buffets are served generously, but a birthday running into the evening will eat more per person than an afternoon gathering. Our packages carry minimum guest numbers, so very small parties are usually better handled as a bespoke costing.
What each tier changes
Bronze is £25 per head, Silver £35, Gold £45 and Platinum £60. The differences are dish counts, courses, protein choices and level of service — not the sourcing, which is identical across all four tiers. Platinum adds waiting staff, crockery, cutlery, glassware, trestle tables and decor.
Delivery, collection and distance
We offer both delivery and collection. Delivery is free within 10 miles of our Richmond kitchen at TW10 7NF; beyond that a delivery fee applies and is quoted before you confirm. Collection from the kitchen carries no delivery fee and suits nearby households in Richmond, Ham, Petersham and Kingston.
Dietary requirements at a family party
Vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free dishes can be built into any tier. Tell us about allergies before confirming: our kitchen handles multiple allergens, so we describe honestly what we can and cannot guarantee rather than promising an allergen-free service.
Timings and access
Catering delivery and event service run from 11am onwards by prior booking. For home addresses and community halls, tell us about parking, stairs and lift access when you enquire so the delivery slot is realistic.
