Drop-off service is our most economical option. Every package is tailored — request a bespoke quote for your event.

What does the price include?

Prices include food preparation, delivery, professional containers/equipment, and allergen information. Some packages also include serving staff and cleanup.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free within 10 miles of our Richmond kitchen at TW10 7NF. It is £15 between 10 and 15 miles, £25 between 15 and 20 miles, and quoted individually beyond 20 miles.

Are there minimum order requirements?

Buffet catering: 20+ guests. Drop-off: 10+ guests. Food stall: event-dependent. Plated service: 20+ guests.

Can I get a discount for larger events?

Yes, we offer volume discounts for events over 100 guests. Contact us for a personalised quote.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit confirms your date and the remaining 50% is due before the event. We do not offer credit accounts, purchase orders or payment windows after the event.

Are prices fixed after quoting?

Yes, once we confirm your quote, the price is guaranteed for 90 days provided the guest count and menu don't change significantly.

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Your quote will clearly state the total cost.
