Bushy Park is a Royal Park, managed by The Royal Parks, and any organised event or trading inside it needs their permission — held by the organiser, applied for well in advance. We are straight about this because it is the first thing that trips organisers up: a caterer cannot obtain it for you and should not imply otherwise.
Where we fit is everything around that. Charity runs, corporate away days, club meets, film and production crews, and school or community groups using the park all need feeding, usually near a gate or a car park rather than deep in the grounds. We deliver hot from our Richmond kitchen, well inside the free radius from the Teddington and Hampton gates.

Every booking is a paid booking. We do not provide donated food, free stalls or sponsorship in kind, including for charity and not-for-profit events — the overheads are the same whoever the day is for. There are three ways we trade, and whichever it is goes in writing before the date is held:
- • A flat catering fee, quoted against your menu and numbers.
- • A guaranteed minimum spend, underwritten by the organiser.
- • A pitch fee plus a share of takings.
