Hot Indian food for club nights, committee dinners, presentation evenings and village fairs — delivered from our Richmond kitchen, often at short notice.
Clubs and committees rarely have months to plan. A fixture moves, a speaker confirms late, a fair gets a bigger pitch than expected — and suddenly forty or two hundred people need feeding. We cook from our kitchen at 16 Ashburnham Road, Richmond TW10 7NF and serve clubs, societies and fairs across Richmond upon Thames, Kingston, Surrey and Middlesex.

Every booking is a paid booking. We do not provide donated food, free stalls or sponsorship in kind, including for charity and not-for-profit events, because the kitchen, staff and delivery all have to be covered.

What We Offer
Who we cater for
Sports and social clubs booking a post-fixture meal or an end-of-season presentation night. Rowing and sailing clubs feeding crews and supporters. Scouts, guides, rotary clubs, WI branches and residents' associations running an evening with a speaker. Fair and fete committees who need a hot-food pitch that draws a queue. The common thread is a volunteer committee with a short window and a fixed budget.
Booking at short notice
The fastest route is the phone: 020 8332 1339, or WhatsApp 07436 026277 if it is out of hours. Tell us the date, the rough headcount and the postcode, and we will say yes or no on the spot. If it is a yes, we confirm the menu and the delivery slot in writing the same day. Delivery slots run from 11am by prior booking, seven days a week.
What a club booking includes
Food cooked to your serving time, not hours ahead. Insulated trays temperature-checked on arrival. Dish cards showing spice level and allergens. For a managed service we bring trestle tables, covers, chafing units, fuel and utensils, set the line up and clear down afterwards. What we do not do: live cooking at the venue, a bar, plated fine dining, or crockery and linen hire on its own.
Budget and payment
Per-head packages run from £25 to £60 — compare them on the packages page or price your headcount with the budget planner. Fair and festival stalls are priced separately on the event catering rates page, with a 25% deposit to hold the date. Committee treasurers get an invoice with the booking reference on it.
