Guest numbers
Per-head rates ease as numbers rise; each package has a minimum guest count.
Service level
Drop-off is the most economical. Buffet with staff, or fully plated service, add labour.
Delivery distance
Free within 10 miles of Richmond TW10 7NF. A small supplement applies from 10 to 20 miles.
Menu choices
Dish count, premium proteins, live stations and desserts all move the per-head figure.
