    For Event Organisers & Sponsors

Event catering in Kingston — a food partner for organisers and sponsors

Market-town events, riverside days, university and corporate bookings across KT1 and KT2, delivered hot with the paperwork done.

Kingston runs at a different scale to the villages upstream. There is a permanent market, a riverside that fills every warm weekend, a large student population, borough-run events and a working town centre with offices that book food all year. Organisers here are often dealing with licensing, footfall counts and a pitch fee, not just a trestle table.

We work Kingston regularly from our Richmond kitchen — a straight run down through Ham and Kingston Hill, inside the free delivery radius. Food comes hot, held in chafing units, with an allergen list issued before the day and printed dish cards at the stall.

We also cater at Hollyfest at Hollyfield School in Surbiton, which is the one Kingston-borough event we claim, having served there in 2025 and been invited back for 2026.

Getting food to you in Kingston upon Thames

    • Free delivery — Kingston is inside the ten-mile radius from our TW10 kitchen.
    • Town centre loading windows and pedestrianised streets need planning; give us the access point and the time you have and we work to it.
    • Riverside pitches usually mean a trolley run from the nearest vehicle access — tell us the distance when you enquire.
    • Collection from our Richmond kitchen by arrangement when a group would rather serve it themselves.

    Who books us here

    • Borough, market and town centre event teams
    • University and college societies and staff teams
    • School and PTA fundraising committees
    • Sports clubs and riverside clubs
    • Corporate sponsors wanting a branded food presence

    How the money works

Every booking is a paid booking. We do not provide donated food, free stalls or sponsorship in kind, including for charity and not-for-profit events — the overheads are the same whoever the day is for. There are three ways we trade, and whichever it is goes in writing before the date is held:

    • • A flat catering fee, quoted against your menu and numbers.
    • • A guaranteed minimum spend, underwritten by the organiser.
    • • A pitch fee plus a share of takings.

Cross-promotion sits alongside a paid booking, never instead of one: we will promote your event to our website, social channels and mailing list, and we are glad to co-brand signage where it suits both sides. Staffed stall rates and the deposit are set out on our event and fair catering rates page.

    Kingston upon Thames organiser questions

Do you already cater events in Kingston borough?

Yes — we served as a food partner at Hollyfest at Hollyfield School in Surbiton in 2025 and have been invited back for 2026. That is the borough event we claim; we do not list events we have not worked.

Can you handle a pitch fee or minimum spend arrangement?

Yes. We trade three ways: a flat catering fee, a guaranteed minimum spend underwritten by the organiser, or a pitch fee plus revenue share. Whichever it is, it goes in writing before the date is held.

Is there a delivery charge to Kingston?

No — Kingston is inside our free delivery radius from Richmond. Venues beyond ten miles are quoted a delivery fee up front.
