    Your Trusted Hampton Caterer

Jaflong Tandoori has been serving Hampton residents and businesses with authentic halal Indian catering since 2008. Located just 4.5 miles away in Richmond (TW10 7NF), we're your local choice for Hampton Court Palace-adjacent celebrations, Heritage open day catering, and more.

Hampton Court Palace draws visitors from around the world — and many book us for nearby events. The historic village atmosphere pairs beautifully with our authentic cuisine.

Catering in Hampton: the local picture

We have been feeding events across Hampton (TW12) long enough to know where the vans can park and which rooms have no kitchen. It sits 4.5 miles from our Richmond base — around 20 minutes — so we plan every departure backwards from your service time. Locally that usually means hampton court palace-adjacent celebrations and heritage open day catering, and we know Hampton Court Palace, Hampton Pool and Garrick's Temple well enough to advise on access before you book, including Hampton Court Palace Banqueting House and The White Hart Hampton.

Halal is not an add-on here: there is no second, non-halal supply chain in our kitchen, so every dish going to Hampton — buffet, drop-off or live stall — is halal by default. Vegan and vegetarian menus are prepared as their own dishes, not as leftovers from the meat trays, and are labelled on the line. Allergen details come to you in writing beforehand, and the kitchen is FSA 5-star rated. Delivery to Hampton is free — it is inside our ten-mile radius, with per-head pricing from £25 to £60.

Indian catering near me in Hampton

If you are in Hampton looking for Indian catering near you, TW12 is a short run from our Richmond kitchen and sits inside the free delivery radius, with food set out hot on arrival rather than reheated on site.

Hampton's village halls and heritage venues need care with access and timings: we agree an arrival window, unload in one go and set the buffet away from guest flow. We do not cook on site — everything is prepared in our TW10 kitchen and finished in chafing units.

Hampton work is mostly anniversaries and milestone birthdays at home, village fête and community stalls, and church hall gatherings around Hampton village.

The complete guide to catering in Hampton

Jaflong Catering serves Hampton (TW12) from our Richmond kitchen 4.5 miles away, about twenty minutes, with fully halal Indian and Bangladeshi catering for heritage venues, village fêtes and church hall celebrations from £25 per head.

    Twenty minutes from Hampton Village

Hampton is 4.5 miles from our kitchen at 16 Ashburnham Road, Richmond TW10 7NF — about twenty minutes, and well inside the ten-mile radius, so delivery is free. The TW12 bookings we take are shaped by their settings: heritage sites with fixed access windows, and village halls with no working kitchen.

Both are straightforward when planned. Tell us the load-in point, the time the doors open to us and the time the food is expected on the table, and we build the run backwards from there.

    • Postcode covered: TW12.
    • Areas we know well: Hampton Court Palace, Hampton Pool, Garrick's Temple, Hampton Village.
    • Venues we have catered at or delivered to: Hampton Court Palace Banqueting House, The White Hart Hampton, Hampton Methodist Church Hall.

The Hampton events we cater most

Three formats cover almost every Hampton booking.

    • Celebrations at and around Hampton Court Palace — presentation standards are high, access is controlled, and the timing is not negotiable, so we arrive early and set to the venue's rules.
    • Heritage open day catering — a long service window with unpredictable numbers, which is where a replenished buffet beats a fixed plated count.
    • Village fête food stalls — outdoor service, a queue rather than a sitting, and dishes chosen because they hold heat and serve quickly.

    What Hampton tables order

Hampton books most often around Chicken Biryani — fragrant basmati layered with tender chicken — Vegetable Samosa, golden pastry with a spiced potato filling, and Fish Tikka in tandoori spices. For a fête or an open day that trio serves fast and stays good through a long afternoon.

Choosing a package for a Hampton booking

Bronze at £25 per head from twenty guests is a complete curry buffet — two mains plus rice or bread. Silver at £35 adds a starter and a vegetarian main and is where most party and office bookings land. Gold at £45 brings in the tandoor selection and a fuller vegetarian and vegan spread, which is why it dominates weddings. Platinum at £60 is for events where the food is the centrepiece.

Every tier is priced per head and every tier is fully halal from a single supply chain, so a mixed guest list never needs two caterers.

    Halal, dietary requirements and allergens

Everything leaving our kitchen is halal. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are cooked as their own dishes and served from their own labelled section of the line rather than spooned from the same tray.

Written allergen information is provided before the event, not read out on the day. Our kitchen holds a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating from the Food Standards Agency, which is usually what a Hampton school, church or civic venue asks to see before letting a caterer through the door.

Getting a price for your Hampton event

The quote builder returns a per-head figure against your guest count, date and venue, with free delivery. If you would rather talk it through, call 020 8332 1339 or WhatsApp 07436 026277 — we are a family business, so you will speak to someone who will be involved in your event.

Hampton catering — Indian catering services for TW12

Catering in Hampton is a 4.5 mile run from 16 Ashburnham Road, Richmond TW10 7NF — about twenty minutes — so TW12 is inside the free-delivery radius and the per-head figure you are quoted is the figure you pay.

Most TW12 work is village-hall and garden-party shaped: a church hall with a serving hatch, a marquee on a lawn, or a fête stall with a queue. We bring the equipment for all three, including copper chafers, disposables and, where there is space and permission, a tandoor cooking on site.

    • Per head: Bronze £25, Silver £35, Gold £45, Platinum £60, from twenty guests, free delivery to TW12.
    • Event catering, party catering and village fête food across Hampton, Hampton Village and the Hampton Court side of TW12.
    • Chicken biryani and vegetable samosa are the TW12 regulars; vegetarian and vegan dishes are cooked and labelled separately.

Drop-off and collection buffets in Hampton

Not every party needs staff on site. Most of what we cook for Hampton goes out as a buffet you either collect from our kitchen at 16 Ashburnham Road, Richmond TW10 7NF, or we drop off ready to serve — dishes hot in foil trays or chafers, breads, rice, salads, sauces and disposables, set out so guests can help themselves. At 4.5 miles and roughly 20 minutes away, drop-off in Hampton is free.

We drop off across TW12. Buffets from our kitchen regularly go out to Hampton Court Palace Banqueting House, The White Hart Hampton, Hampton Methodist Church Hall and the surrounding streets. Hampton keeps us busiest with hampton court palace-adjacent celebrations and heritage open day catering, and those are almost always served buffet style.

Two ways to take a buffet

    • Pick up from Richmond — order ahead, collect at your agreed time and take it straight to the venue or house. The cheapest way to feed a crowd, with no delivery fee at any distance.
    • Drop-off buffet — we deliver and lay the buffet out for you, then leave you to it. Free within ten miles of Richmond, a fixed fee between ten and twenty, quoted individually beyond that.
    • Staffed service — for larger receptions where you want the buffet replenished, served and cleared during the event.

Party catering in Hampton, small or large

Parties are what we do most: birthdays, christenings and aqiqahs, engagements, office lunches, house gatherings, community and hall events. An intimate dinner for ten and a hall buffet for three hundred are costed the same way — per head, from our Bronze £25, Silver £35, Gold £45 and Platinum £60 packages, with the tier deciding how many starters, mains, breads, rice dishes and sides you pick.

    • Small gatherings — from around ten guests, collection or drop-off, no staffing needed.
    • Regular and repeat orders — weekly office lunches, standing family orders and recurring community bookings are welcome; tell us the pattern and we hold the slot.
    • Large parties — chafer buffets, extra trays and staffed service for hall-sized guest counts.
    • Every menu, one kitchen — fully halal, alcohol-free, with full vegetarian and vegan menus on the same order.

We run the same collection and drop-off buffet service either side of Hampton: party catering in Norbiton, party catering in Isleworth, party catering in Kingston Hill and party catering in Roehampton.

To arrange a collection or drop-off buffet in Hampton, call 020 8332 1339, WhatsApp 07436 026277 or send us your date and guest numbers. Per-head prices are on our pricing page.
