Catering for schools, PTAs and local fairs
We cater school events, PTA fundraisers, summer and Christmas fairs, fetes and club open days across Richmond upon Thames and Kingston upon Thames. Food is cooked in our Richmond kitchen and delivered hot, set up and ready to serve — we do not cook on site, so a hall or field with no kitchen is no obstacle.
Everything is halal-sourced and we supply written allergen information for every dish, plus our FSA rating and a risk assessment when your school, venue or council licence requires them.
Two ways PTAs usually book us
A delivered buffet for a hall event, priced per head from £25 (£400 minimum order), delivered free within 10 miles of TW10 7NF, £15 to 15 miles and £25 to 20 miles. Serving staff, if you want them, are £15 per hour per server, one server per 10 guests, based on four hours.
A staffed food stall at your fair, from £300 to £600 depending on hours, menu and portions, or a pitch-fee-plus-revenue-share arrangement where you prefer. A 25% deposit confirms the date; no date is held until the deposit is paid.
Please note: we do not provide free, donated or exposure-only catering, including for charities and school fundraisers. We would rather be straight with you at the start than waste your committee's time. What we can do is price the stall keenly and agree a revenue share so the event still earns from it.
