What drives the price up or down
The tier you choose sets the per-head price; everything else is an add-on you control. Staffed service adds £15 per hour per server (one per 10 guests, based on four hours). Venues between 10 and 15 miles add £15 delivery, 15 to 20 miles £25, and further is quoted individually. There is no charge for setup, chafing units, fuel or clear-down, and nothing is added on the day that wasn't on your written quote.

Three things make the biggest difference: choose the Bronze tier, take the buffet without serving staff, and keep the venue inside our free 10-mile delivery radius. Midweek and January–March dates are also easier to price keenly.
How many people should I cater for at a party?
Cater for the number of confirmed adults, not the number invited. We portion generously per head, so there is no need to over-order — most hosts find a straight head count leaves food over rather than short.
Do I need serving staff?
Not for a standard buffet — we deliver, set up and clear down. If you want food served and topped up through the event, staffed service is £15 per hour per server, one server per 10 guests, based on four hours, with extra hours charged pro rata.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — £400. Below that we can still help with smaller drop-off orders; call us and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it for you.

How do I pay?
