Birthday catering in Richmond splits into three very different jobs: a children's party where food has to be mild, quick and finished before the cake; a milestone birthday at home for 40 to 80 adults; and a hall booking for a large family celebration. We quote each of them differently because the service, not just the menu, is different.

Children's birthdays
For under-12s we keep the menu mild and hand-held: plain and lightly spiced chicken, pilau rice, naan, a vegetable dish and no chilli heat in the children's tray. Our catering kitchen does not use peanuts or tree nuts, which resolves the single most common parent question before it is asked. Food is delivered hot and set out ready — there is no on-site cooking to supervise around children.
Milestone birthdays at home
For a 40th, 50th or 60th at home, a warm buffet works better than plated service: guests eat when they want, and the host is not managing courses. We deliver in chafing units, set the table run, and either leave you to it or keep staff on site to top up and clear. For up to about 80 guests you need roughly three metres of table.
Hall and venue birthdays in Richmond
Local halls rarely have a usable commercial kitchen. Because everything is cooked in Richmond and transported hot, we only need table space and access — which is why we are a regular fit for community halls across Richmond, Ham, Petersham and Twickenham. We do not cook live on site.
Menu and dietary handling
All meat and poultry is halal-sourced with traceable supplier documentation; we are not HMC-certified. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are cooked separately and gluten-free options are labelled. Dietary requirements are recorded against the booking, not handled on the night.
Prices and delivery
Bronze £25, Silver £35, Gold £45 and Platinum £60 per head, with minimum guest numbers per package. Delivery is free within ten miles of TW10 7NF, with a quoted fee between ten and twenty miles. Collection from the kitchen can be arranged if you would rather carry the food yourself.
