Delivery or collection — both work
Two ways to get a Jaflong spread to your event without booking staff. Drop-off delivery is the default: we cook on the morning of your event, load insulated containers and deliver to a time you set, free of charge within ten miles of our Richmond kitchen (a delivery fee applies between ten and twenty miles). Collection from 16 Ashburnham Road, Richmond TW10 7NF can be arranged in advance if you would rather pick the order up yourself — useful when your event start time is uncertain or the venue has no delivery access. Either way the food is boxed, labelled with dish names and allergen information, and comes with serving and reheating instructions.
Self-service buffets that set themselves up
A drop-off buffet is deliberately simple. Dishes arrive in foil or insulated trays that sit straight on a table, with disposable serving spoons and trays included, so one person can lay out food for forty guests in a few minutes. Choose two or three starters, three mains, rice and bread, and a side, and the line runs on its own for the rest of the evening. If you would rather someone else managed the table, heated chafing units and serving staff are available on our staffed buffet service instead.
Staff parties and office celebrations
Christmas lunches, team socials, leaving dos and Friday sign-offs all suit drop-off. Catering delivery runs from 11am onwards by prior booking, so we can hit a lunchtime slot or an early-evening one, and we deliver across Richmond, Twickenham, Kingston, Sheen, Hampton and the offices in between. Corporate events without a service team
For client meetings, training days, board lunches and conference break-outs, drop-off keeps the cost per head down and the room uninterrupted. We can split an order across several rooms or floors, deliver a staggered timetable across a full-day agenda, and invoice the business directly. Private family parties at home
Birthdays, engagements, naming ceremonies, anniversaries and after-funeral gatherings are the other half of our drop-off work. Home kitchens rarely have room for chafing units, so we size the trays to fit a normal dining table or kitchen island, keep the spice level to what you tell us the family eats, and can add a children's portion of mild dishes and plain rice. Nothing needs returning afterwards.
What a drop-off order costs
Drop-off menus start at £25 per head on our Bronze package, with Silver at £35, Gold at £45 and Platinum at £60 per head as the menu widens. Delivery is free within ten miles of TW10 7NF.
