We know how that feels from the other side, which is why every enquiry we receive gets a reply the same working day and urgent ones get a phone answer within the hour during kitchen hours.

Being honest about what we cannot rescue
We will not take a booking we cannot deliver well. Several hundred guests at two days' notice, live cooking at your venue, a full waiting team for plated service, or a venue well outside our twenty-mile range are all things we will decline rather than risk.
