How the quick quote works
Tell us the occasion, your guest number, the date and where the event is, and we send back a written estimate based on our published per-head package tiers. Nothing is charged and nothing is booked at this stage — it is an estimate you can adjust with us before confirming.
What your estimate includes
- Per-head food cost for the package tier that suits your event.
- Delivery within our Richmond service area, and any distance fee beyond it.
- Any staffing, warm holding or equipment you ask for.
- Notes on halal, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free requirements.
What happens next
- We reply by email, usually within 4 business hours.
- You can change dishes, guest numbers or the date at no cost.
- A deposit confirms the date; the balance is due before the event.
