Self-service buffets, made easy
A self-service buffet is the least demanding way to feed a room. We deliver the food ready to serve, lay it out in order — starters, mains, rice and bread, sides — and label every tray with the dish name, spice level and allergen information so guests help themselves without asking. One serving line comfortably handles about sixty guests; above that we run a second line from the opposite end of the table to stop the queue forming. Heated chafing units and a member of staff to top up trays can be added when you want the buffet to stay open for two or three hours.
If you would rather nobody attended at all, our drop-off and collection service delivers the same food in disposable trays with serving utensils included, from £25 per head.
Staff parties and corporate buffets
Christmas parties, team away-days, training days, client evenings and long-service celebrations all run well on a buffet. Catering service is available from 11am onwards by prior booking, so we can cover a working lunch or an evening reception, and we can invoice the business, provide allergen documentation for HR, and supply public liability paperwork for venue sign-off on request. Private family celebrations
Birthdays, engagements, mehndis, christenings, anniversaries and family gatherings at home or in a hired hall are the bulk of our weekend buffets. We size the spread to the guest count rather than a fixed menu, keep milder dishes and plain rice on the line for children and older guests, and can work in a hall kitchen with no equipment of its own.
