How the money works
Every booking is a paid booking. We do not provide donated food, free stalls or sponsorship in kind, including for charity and not-for-profit events — the overheads are the same whoever the day is for. There are three ways we trade, and whichever it is goes in writing before the date is held:
- • A flat catering fee, quoted against your menu and numbers.
- • A guaranteed minimum spend, underwritten by the organiser.
- • A pitch fee plus a share of takings.

Can you trade inside Richmond Park?
Only within an event where the organiser already holds permission from The Royal Parks covering catering. We deliver into permitted events; we cannot apply for or obtain the permission for you.
What if we do not have a park permission?
Then we cater at a venue, garden, club or hall adjoining the park instead. Plenty of gate-side and nearby spaces need no park permission at all, and we will suggest the practical option honestly.
