Catering in Teddington on fair weekend

The Village Fair is one of the few days a year when Langham Road and Udney Park fill up with the whole of Teddington at once. People come off the Gardens in the late afternoon hungry, and the evening turns into garden gatherings, club socials and street-party leftovers. That is what we are set up for: enough hot food for a crowd, delivered ready to serve, with nobody stuck at a hob.

Teddington is minutes from our Richmond kitchen, so delivery is free and the food arrives hot in chafing units with dish cards naming spice level and allergens. Collection from 16 Ashburnham Road is also available by arrangement if you would rather lay it out yourself.

What we cater across TW11

• Home parties and garden gatherings on fair weekend, from twenty people upwards.
• Rotary lunches, charity fundraisers and community group dinners, with the menu tailored to the ticket price.
• School and PTA events at Teddington schools — summer fetes, quiz nights, leavers' evenings and Christmas fairs.
• Club and society bookings: rowing, cricket, bowls, scouts and residents' associations.
• Office lunches and staff days for the businesses along Teddington High Street and Broad Street.

For the Rotary and fair committee

The fair already runs on food and drink from local businesses. If the committee wants an Indian food stall on the line-up, we can bring one: staffed, hot-held, with a 5-star food hygiene rating, allergen paperwork provided in advance and our own clear-down at the end of the day.

Summer fair line-ups in this area are usually settled between January and April, with menus agreed in May. Every booking is a paid booking — a stall fee, a guaranteed minimum spend, or a pitch fee and revenue share, agreed in writing before the date is held. We are glad to cross-promote the fair to our own mailing list and social channels alongside a paid pitch, but we cannot attend on exposure alone.
