Corporate catering in Richmond usually comes down to three practical questions: what does it cost per head, will it arrive on time for a meeting that cannot move, and can it cover the dietary requirements of a mixed office. What office catering costs per head
Our packages are Bronze at £25, Silver at £35, Gold at £45 and Platinum at £60 per head. Most office lunches, board meetings and team days sit at Bronze or Silver; Gold and Platinum are usually chosen for client-facing events and evening functions where more courses and more service are wanted.
Per-head pricing covers the dishes in that tier, cooking and transport within our free delivery radius. Extra staffing hours, hire items and bespoke dishes are quoted as separate lines so nothing is hidden inside a single figure.
Delivery or collection — both are available
You can have the food delivered to the office hot and ready to serve at an agreed time, or collect it yourself from our Richmond kitchen if that suits your building better. Delivery is free within 10 miles of TW10 7NF. Further out, delivery is still available and a delivery fee is quoted upfront based on the distance. Collection orders carry no delivery fee.
Timing a working lunch properly
We build the delivery slot backwards from the moment people need to eat, not the moment the meeting starts. For a 12:30 lunch we aim to be set up and clear of the room before people arrive. Catering delivery and event service run from 11am onwards by prior booking, so early breakfast meetings need to be discussed in advance.
Dietary requirements in a mixed office
Vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free dishes can be built into any tier, and dishes are labelled on arrival so people can serve themselves confidently. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens, so we cannot promise an allergen-free environment — tell us about allergies before confirming and we will be straight with you about what we can and cannot guarantee.
