    What happens after you send your details

    Every enquiry is read by our team in Richmond — there is no automated pricing engine and no call centre. We check the date against our kitchen diary first, then reply with availability, a suggested menu and a written per-head figure. If the date is already committed we say so straight away rather than holding you up.

    The details that speed things up

    • Date and timing. Service time matters as much as the date — buffets are set down shortly before guests eat, so we plan the delivery window backwards from your serving time.
    • Guest numbers. An estimate is fine early on. Final numbers are confirmed closer to the event, and quantities are cooked to the confirmed count.
    • Venue and postcode. This decides delivery, parking and access. Free delivery applies within ten miles of our Richmond kitchen; from ten to twenty miles a delivery fee is quoted with the menu.
    • Dietary needs. Tell us about vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free guests up front so the menu is balanced rather than patched later.

    How we serve South West London

    We cook at 16 Ashburnham Road, Richmond, TW10 7NF and deliver across Richmond, Kingston, Twickenham, Teddington, Hampton, Wimbledon and the surrounding boroughs. Collection from the kitchen is available by prior arrangement. Food is delivered hot in warm-holding equipment or chilled for reheating, depending on your timing — we confirm which suits your venue when we quote.
