    How much food do I need for 100 guests?

    Allow 400–500g of total food per person for a main-meal Indian buffet, so roughly 40–50kg across all dishes for 100 guests. That breaks down to about 15kg rice, 20kg curry across two or three options, 5kg bread and 10kg starters.

    For 100 guests we normally recommend two or three starters, three mains (including at least one vegetarian), one rice, one bread and a side. The number of dishes included depends on the package tier you choose.

    How much chicken do I need for 100 guests?

    Expect around four portions per kilogram for curry-style chicken and three to four portions per kilogram for tandoori cuts. If chicken is one of three mains, roughly 10–12kg covers 100 guests.

    Book as early as you can. Across our bookings the average lead time is 6.2 weeks, rising to around 10 weeks for weddings and dropping to about 4 weeks for corporate events.
