Why clubhouses suit our service
Everything is cooked at our Richmond kitchen and transported hot in chafing units. We do not cook live on site, so a clubhouse with a bar and a serving hatch but no commercial kitchen is no obstacle — we need table space, access and a time.
Menu, sourcing and dietary needs
Club menus usually lead with chicken and lamb dishes, biryani or pilau, a vegetarian main, dal and breads, with mixed spice levels because squads and families eat together. Meat and poultry are halal-sourced with traceable supplier documentation — useful for clubs with mixed memberships — though we are not HMC-certified. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are cooked separately, gluten-free items are labelled, and the kitchen does not use peanuts or tree nuts.
Pricing for clubs
Bronze £25, Silver £35, Gold £45 and Platinum £60 per head, with minimum guest numbers per package. Most club bookings sit on Bronze or Silver. Delivery is free within ten miles of TW10 7NF and quoted from ten to twenty miles; collection from our kitchen is available by arrangement for clubs that want to keep costs down.
