How we time a New Year''s Eve buffet
- Late delivery. We agree a delivery slot that puts food on the table close to when guests actually start eating, not when they arrive.

- Grazing that survives. Samosas, pakoras, tikka and chutneys hold far better across a long night than delicate plated starters.

Book early — this is our tightest date
31 December is the single most constrained date in our calendar. Capacity is limited by kitchen and delivery slots, not by menu, so the date closes long before the menu is finalised. If you are planning a New Year''s Eve party, confirm the date first and choose dishes later.
Menu, sourcing and dietary needs
Meat and poultry are halal-sourced with traceable supplier documentation; we are not HMC-certified. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are cooked separately, gluten-free items are labelled, and the catering kitchen does not use peanuts or tree nuts. We do not cook live on site, so homes and hired rooms without a kitchen work equally well.
Cost and delivery
Bronze £25, Silver £35, Gold £45 and Platinum £60 per head, with minimum guest numbers per package. Delivery is free within ten miles of TW10 7NF, with a quoted fee from ten to twenty miles. Collection from the Richmond kitchen is available by prior arrangement — worth considering on New Year''s Eve, when delivery slots are scarce.
