Graduation party catering in South West London
Graduation parties have an awkward shape for caterers: the ceremony overruns, photographs take longer than planned, and the party starts whenever the family finally gets home. Food has to be ready when they walk in, not cooked from scratch at that point. That is exactly how we work — everything is cooked at our Richmond kitchen and delivered hot, so the buffet is waiting rather than being prepared.

Who is actually eating
A graduation guest list is unusually mixed: grandparents, parents, and a group of the graduate''s friends who will eat considerably more than anyone expects. We normally build in a generous rice and bread allowance and one clearly spiced dish alongside milder ones, so both ends of the table are catered for without two menus.
Formats that work
- Garden or home buffet for 30 to 80 guests, set out on a three-metre table run in chafing units.
- Hired room buffet where the family wants the house left alone — no venue kitchen needed.
- Collection from our Richmond kitchen by prior arrangement if the timing is uncertain and you would rather control it yourself.
Sourcing and dietary requirements
Meat and poultry are halal-sourced from suppliers with traceable documentation; we are not HMC-certified. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are cooked separately, gluten-free items are labelled, and the catering kitchen does not use peanuts or tree nuts — helpful when a friendship group brings unknown dietary needs along.
Cost
Bronze £25, Silver £35, Gold £45 and Platinum £60 per head, with minimum guest numbers per package. Graduation parties most often sit on Bronze or Silver. Delivery is free within ten miles of TW10 7NF and quoted from ten to twenty miles.
