Wake catering is arranged quickly, often within a few days, and usually by someone who has a great deal else to deal with. We keep the process short: tell us the number of guests, the venue and the time the service ends, and we send back one clear price with a menu you can approve in a single message.

Short notice
We regularly accept wake bookings at 48 hours' notice where capacity allows, and sometimes sooner. Because all food is cooked at our Richmond kitchen and delivered hot rather than cooked on site, we do not need a venue kitchen or a site visit to confirm.
What a wake buffet usually looks like
Quiet, generous and easy to serve: samosas and pakoras set out on arrival, one or two mild curries, a vegetable dish, rice, dal and breads, plus salad. Spice levels are usually kept moderate because the guest list spans all ages and many people will eat standing. Tea and soft drinks can be arranged if the venue does not provide them.
Timing around the service
We plan delivery backwards from the end of the service, so the buffet is set and hot as guests arrive at the hall, church room, community centre or home. Drop-off suits smaller gatherings; staffed service suits larger ones where a family would rather not manage topping up and clearing.
Dietary needs and sourcing
All meat and poultry is halal-sourced from established suppliers with traceable documentation; we are not HMC-certified. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are cooked separately, gluten-free options are labelled, and the catering kitchen does not use peanuts or tree nuts.
Cost and delivery
Per head pricing is Bronze £25, Silver £35, Gold £45 and Platinum £60, with minimum guest numbers per package. Most wakes are booked on Bronze or Silver. Delivery is free within ten miles of TW10 7NF and quoted between ten and twenty miles; collection from the kitchen can be arranged.
