Can you cater a full-day conference with several servings?
Yes. A full day is usually built as a mid-morning arrival service, a hot buffet lunch and an afternoon refresh. Each service is quoted separately per head so you only pay for what you book.

How far in advance should we book conference catering?
Corporate bookings average around four weeks' lead time. Larger conferences and dates in June, July, September and December fill earlier, so we recommend confirming as soon as your delegate numbers are set.
