No event is run by one business alone. A wedding needs a venue, a planner, a marquee or room dresser, a florist, a photographer — and a caterer who fits neatly into everyone else''s schedule. We have catered around 500 events from our Richmond kitchen since 2008, and most of them involved working alongside other local businesses. This guide explains how we do it.
What we bring to a partnership
- An FSA 5-star rated kitchen at 16 Ashburnham Road, Richmond (latest inspection March 2025), with the paperwork venues and schools ask for.
- Halal-sourced meat and poultry from trusted suppliers providing halal-certified products, with vegetarian and vegan dishes on every menu.
- Clear, per-head packages — Bronze £25, Silver £35, Gold £45 and Platinum £60 per head — so planners can quote clients without guessing.
- Delivery across Richmond, Kingston and South West London, free within 10 miles of TW10 7NF.
How we work with venues
Every venue runs differently. Before the event we confirm load-in times, kitchen or servery access, power for hot holding, and clearing arrangements with the venue manager. On the day we arrive within the agreed window, set up chafing dishes and service, and leave the space as we found it. If your venue has a preferred-supplier list or due-diligence pack, we are happy to complete it.
How we work with wedding and event planners
Planners need a caterer who answers quickly and sticks to the run sheet. We provide menu options and per-head pricing early, join site visits where useful, and agree service timings — starters on tables, buffet opening, dessert and clearing — against your schedule. Tastings are available by arrangement.
How we work alongside other suppliers
Marquee companies, florists, decorators, photographers and entertainers all share the same space and timeline. We coordinate setup order so service areas are ready before guests arrive, and we are glad to recommend — and be recommended by — other reliable local businesses. If you run a venue, planning service or event supplier business and want to explore working together, visit our partners page or call 020 8332 1339.
