    Community partnership FAQs

Are you an official school or PTA supplier?

No. We work with schools, PTAs and community organisers on a per-event basis. We are a returning Hollyfest food partner and long-standing Ham Fair stallholder — not an exclusive, official or preferred supplier of any school or event.

Do you invent visitor or customer numbers?

No. Any attendance figure we publish is either the organiser's own published figure or a description like 'serving visitors throughout the day'. We do not claim to have personally served every visitor to an event.

How do you handle inclusive menus at community events?

Every event menu includes vegetarian and vegan options alongside halal-sourced meat, with mild and spicier choices and clear labelling at the stall. We agree allergens with the organiser before the event.

What is the £200 Hollyfest fee?

It is the event participation / pitch fee required to trade at the Hollyfield PTA fundraiser. It is paid to the PTA to secure the pitch, not described as a separate charitable donation.
