Do you cover our area?
We regularly work across Richmond upon Thames, Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton, Ham and neighbouring areas. Free delivery under 10 miles; a small fee applies for 10–20 miles.
Can you cater dietary requirements?
Yes — every community event menu includes vegetarian and vegan options, and we use halal-sourced meat and poultry from HMC-accredited suppliers. We agree allergens with the organiser before the event.
How much notice do you need?
Bigger community events and fairs are best booked 6–12 weeks ahead. Smaller PTA meetings or staff events can often be arranged in 2–3 weeks depending on the calendar.
Are you an official supplier of any school or event?
No. We work with schools, PTAs and community organisers on a per-event basis. We are a returning Hollyfest food partner and long-standing Ham Fair stallholder — not an exclusive, official or preferred supplier.
