Food & Dietary
How do you accommodate vegan and vegetarian guests?
We treat vegan and vegetarian dishes as full menus, not side options. Our chefs prepare plant-based curries, tandoori vegetables, dals, paneer dishes, and fresh breads in dedicated pans and separate prep areas to avoid cross-contamination. Every menu includes clearly labelled vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free choices so guests can eat with confidence.
Answer by Jaflong Catering Team · Updated 2026-03-03
How can I request dietary preferences for my event?
Tell us about any dietary needs when you start your quote — whether vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, or any allergy. Our quote builder has a dedicated dietary notes section, and our team follows up to confirm a tailored menu and provide a full allergen matrix before your event.
