Wimbledon is a year-round events village. The Championships fortnight in late June and early July is when the SW19 postcode goes global, but the community halls of Wimbledon Village, the marquee lawns behind the private houses on Parkside, and the corporate meeting rooms along the Broadway host bookings every weekend of the year. Our catering covers all of SW19 and SW20 — from the Village at the top of the hill down through South Wimbledon to Wimbledon Park — with menus and service formats tuned to the neighbourhood you're actually in.

Championships fortnight and the shoulder weeks
The two weeks of the Championships are our single busiest catering block of the year in Wimbledon. Private houses within the walking corridor to Church Road host client-entertainment lunches every day of the tournament, corporate boxes at nearby hotels take pre-match receptions, and the community halls in Wimbledon Village host debentures-related drinks for members. We start taking Championships-week bookings in February and typically close availability by early May, so any client wanting a specific day needs to plan well ahead.
During the fortnight itself we run staggered service windows — early lunch from twelve for a one-thirty court arrival, and a later relaxed afternoon-tea service from four. Menus lean lighter than usual: cool poached chicken with mint chutney, saffron pilau, chaat cups, sliced fruit with kulfi. Nobody wants a heavy meal before Centre Court in July heat, and lighter service also copes better with the outdoor garden setups most Wimbledon clients ask for.
The rest of the year across SW19 and SW20
Outside Championships fortnight, our regular Wimbledon catering is weddings and milestone birthdays in the marquee-friendly gardens of Parkside and the private houses off Wimbledon Common, corporate away-days at the offices on the Broadway, and community bookings at St Mary's Church Hall and the Wimbledon Village Club. Each has its own service pattern. Marquee weddings run to a plated or generous buffet format for a hundred-plus guests; office lunches are typically a drop-off hot buffet for thirty to sixty; community events tend to be food-stall or self-serve buffet for families with children.
We cover SW19 and SW20 with a fixed delivery fee for postcodes outside our free ten-mile zone. That fee is quoted in your written proposal — never added later — and there are no per-mile add-ons. For any Wimbledon booking we send a written service plan forty-eight hours ahead covering vehicle route, staff arrival, food handover time, allergen breakdown and clear-down.
